The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.

You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same state as the day you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
